Return and Exchange Policy
Return not Acceptable for those cases:
• It’s a very common matter that you as a customer ordering online must be using an electronic device to view our images. You must understand that when you view a picture from different phones, a picture will look different and show different colors. Generally, if you view a picture from an “IPS
display” it will show different colors, but if you view the picture of the same product from an “AMOLED display” it will show a different color, and if you view the same product image from a “COMPUTER” it will look different. In this case, we are not accepting returns just for the little bit of color mismatch, you will check whether the design of the product is matched and whether the quality is good.
• If you cut the “Hang Tag, By any chance if you cut the Hang Tag that can’t be possible to return.
• Dissatisfied with our product's quality will provide a refund only the product price
• Refund request must be within 24 hours of delivery Return Accept if:
• Product is damaged, and defective from our side.
• Size Mismatch for clothing. (Please note that, If we make a mistake, as if we do not provide the size you ordered, we are totally responsible for it.)
• Wrong product sent, Wrongly Printed clothing.
How to Exchange:
If a customer takes delivery and identifies sizing issues or defects afterward, they must contact Styler within 24 hours of delivery. Upon consideration by Styler, we will inform the customer about the action applicable to their case.
Note :
For an exchange order, your charge will be 1 times of delivery charge.
